Welcome to Summer Camp 2015, our summer program this year is all about providing opportunities for kids of all ages to have fun, learn and be challenged over the summer months. Our spacious facility provides the perfect setting for a wide variety of programs ranging from academics, art, and enrichment to sports and much more. This year our focus will be on exploring the vast opportunities for fun and enlightment found right in our own backyard, hence this years theme; My Back-Yard (MBY).
Registration, Payment and Refund Information
There is a $75.00 registration deposit per session required prior to the start of camp. Payments may be made by cash, check or money order (made out to Antioch learning Center) with registration form. The $75.00 deposit is non-refundable. Each session is 5 weeks. Parents are responsible for a complete session. One week vacation without charge is authorized for those children registered for both sessions (only).
Weekly tuition for MBY camp is $100.00 per week per school age campers and $105.00 for preschool camp, with a $10.00 family discount for families registering two or more children. Tuition is not refunded or prorated for part-time; including situations were a child is dismissed because of disciplinary action.
Tuition is due on Monday at the start of the week and is considered late if not received by the close of business on Wednesday of the same week. A $10.00 additional late fee will be charged if tuition is not paid on time.
Children will not be allowed to participate in the summer camp program if there is an outstanding balance on their account.

* In addition to the theme activities your child will participate in weekly mini camps and other special events:
arts and crafts
group sports and games
exciting & adventure outings
enrichment activities of their choice (accelerated reading and writing clubs)
skating, bowling and the usual fun things
Health and Safety
Our staff members are trained in CPR and 1st Aid and at least one trained individual will be present with each group at all times.
Any specific medical or dietary needs are required to be disclosed to camp administrators prior to the start of camp.
Participants are expected to wear closed toe shoes while at camp (exception being swim shoes on scheduled swim days).
All pools are supervised by certified life guards, and assisted by a camp teacher or instructor (s). Students will know who these persons are and are expected to follow safety instructions at all times.
Please submit in writing if there will be a change in persons picking up your child from camp.
Photographs and Quotations
* Camp MBY has the right to use photographs and or quotations of Summer camp participants for future brochures, advertisement, and other camp marketing purposes unless noted by the parents/ guardians at registration.
The summer camp office in located in the rear of the original Antioch Church building, entering from Chatsworth Rd. off New Market Rd. (Route 5). Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm. Camp will be closed on Thursday, July 4th. For additional information call (804) 222-8835.
